Videos: Cat On The Howling Moon Records

It's been a while since I posted some videos, so here's some for ya.....all courtesy of the ace Cat On The Howling Moon Records. First up is something suitably off the wall by Filth Spector - 'He's Counting Worms In The Backyard' is a weird and wonderful psychoblues track with lashings of harmonica and snippets of spoken word samples. The video is a lysergically driven journey into the psyche of Spector.

There's no better way to follow Filth Spector than with some fab psych courtesy of Wild Al Hotchkiss & Dee Claw. 'L S Dee' is a trip back to the 60s with a slice of acid garage rock with some trippy visuals.

Yogo Yolk are a name new to me - 'Practical Magic' is a like a mash-up of 13th Floor Elevators (with a version of 'You're Gonna Miss Me' sampled throughout) and 90s big beat. It's an interesting avenue and pretty damned cool! Gonna investigate further.
